Before heading on up to Baguio City, you must register at visita.baguio.gov.ph. or Baguio VIS.I.T.A. It allows visitors to fill out their universal health declaration form—to avoid filling out forms through pen and paper every time you enter an establishment—and upload their negative COVID test results or opt to be tested upon arrival. When all requirements are approved, you will receive a QR code of your Tourist Pass through the email address you provide which you can download or print out.
